Terms of Service
Last updated: August 21, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Open Tag. By using Open Tag, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Open Tag provides a model-agnostic AI teammate that you can tag into your team's workspace to delegate tasks. Open Tag connects to the tools, data, and model provider you configure.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Open Tag. You are responsible for your account, your configuration, and all activity that occurs under your credentials.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you make available to Open Tag and for the tasks you delegate to it.
- You must have the rights necessary to connect any data sources, tools, or codebases.
- You are responsible for the model provider keys you supply and for complying with that provider's terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Open Tag to:
- violate any law or the rights of others;
- send malware or attempt to disrupt or compromise the service;
- generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing; or
- reverse engineer hosted infrastructure or circumvent limits.
5. License to use Open Tag
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Open Tag for your internal business purposes. Any separate written agreement covering a self-hosted deployment governs that deployment.
6. Third-party models and services
Open Tag is model-agnostic and integrates third-party model providers and tools that you choose. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outputs or availability. See our Subprocessors page for details.
7. AI output
Open Tag uses AI models that can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially for important decisions.
8. Intellectual property
As between you and us, you retain rights to your content. We retain rights to the Open Tag name, logos, software, and hosted service.
9. Disclaimers
Open Tag is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open Tag will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.
11. Termination
You may stop using Open Tag at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
